Advance study on protein kinase C theta

摘要 蛋白激酶C(proteinkinaseC,PKC)家族作为第二信使在多条信号通路中发挥着重要作用,具有广泛的生物学效应。PKCθ作为这个家族的一个成员有选择性地主要表达在T淋巴细胞和骨骼肌,对于T细胞的正常发育和全面活化有着重要意义。在胰岛素耐受的2型糖尿病的发生以及在一些肿瘤的形成、远处转移和耐药性的出现中扮演着重要角色,因此成为近几年研究的热点之一。
