摘要
随着中国加入世界贸易组织和跨国公司进入中国市场的步伐加快,浙江省民营企业将面临巨大的挑战。而浙江省民营企业如何建立完善的企业激励机制,避免企业人力资源的流失也就被提到了记事日程。文章首先阐述了浙江民营企业激励机制的现状,指出浙江民营企业激励机制改革的必要性。其次,通过对民营企业经理人离职原因分析,指出激励机制设立的基本原则。最后,通过实证研究分析说明浙江民营企业的激励机制应该改变原有的单目标激励方式,建立双目标激励机制。
With the accelerating pace of Chinas entry to WTO and foreign multinational companies entering into Chinese market, Zhejiang Private Enterprises will face up to great challenges. Thus, the pressing issue to Zhejiang Private Enterprises is how to develop the incentive mechanism and how to avoid the drainage of human resources. This essay firstly introduces the current development and situation of Zhejiang Private Enterprises incentive mechanism and the necessity of the reform on incentive mechanism of Zhejiang Private Enterprises. Then by analyzing the reasons of managers demission,it points out the basic rules of incentive mechanism in private enterprises. Finally, through an empirical analysis,it draws the conclusion that Zhejiang Private Enterprises should change the old incentive mechanism and build a two-target incentive mechanism.
