摘要
用文献计量学方法分析１９８４～１９９３年航海医学研究动态的变化。结果显示，航海预防医学、卫生学和航海常见疾病诊治研究为当前航海医学研究的主要内容；航海医学科研设备不断更新，高新技术手段和方法已开始对航海医学研究产生影响。目前资料表明，美国和俄罗斯是当前发表有关航海医学研究文献最多的国家，我国航海医学研究与国外相比尚存在相当差距。因而提示，我国航海医学研究的投入要结合我国航运特点和海员身体素质的实际情况，注意参考国际航海医学研究的走向。
The developments in nautical medicine from 1984 to 1993 were analysed by bibliometrics.The
re- sults showed that preventive medicine,hygiene and nautical diseases were the principal
research con- tents of nautical medicine. The renewal of scientific research equipment and new
technique had a great effect on nautical medicine. In the realm of nautical medicine,both the
United States and Russia have comparatively more numbers of published literature than other
countries in the world at oresent.Com- pared with advanced countries,we still have a long way
to go,These results suggest that our research investment must be combined with specific
conditions in China with respect to recent developments in global nautical medicine.
