摘要
采用肾窦内肾盂加肾后下部实质联合切开治疗巨大鹿角形肾结石４１例，全部治愈。本手术方法能简化手术步骤，避免损伤肾内主要血管，减少术中出血，容易取净结石，保护肾功能，是目前治疗巨大鹿角形肾结石较为理想的手术方法之一。
Surgical removal of big staghorn kidney stone has been successfully achieved in 41 cases by intrarenal sinus pyelolithotomy with a supplementary incision through the inferoposterior part of the kidney.Such a procedure simplified the operative procedure,lessened bleeding and effected easier and complete removal of big staghorn stones.
