摘要
通过试验分析了热处理工艺对60Si2Mn钢汽车板簧金相组织和力学性能的影响,提出了60Si2Mn钢汽车板簧的最佳淬火温度。试验表明,适当提高淬火温度至910℃左右,淬火后得到板条马氏体,有利于获得强度、塑性、韧性以及断裂韧性兼优的综合力学性能。经420℃回火,保持较高的强度和韧性,满足汽车板簧小能量多冲和疲劳载荷的服役状态,具有较高的疲劳寿命等使用性能。
The effect of heat treatment process on 60Si2Mn vehicle plate spring' s metallurgical structure and mechanical property was analyzed , and the optimal quenching temperature of 60Si2Mn vehicle plate spring was presented. The results show that raising the quenching temperature to around 910℃, lath martensites can be obtained. Lath martensites provide good comprehensive mechanical properties of hardness, plasticity, toughness and fracture toughness. Tempered at 420℃, high hardness and toughness property can be maintained. It meets the requirement of multi-times impact strength with small energy and fatigue on operating duty. It has the higher endurance life property and so on..
