输尿管段再生与替代材料动物实验 被引量:12

Animal Experiments of Ureter Regenera-tion and Vicarious Material

摘要 选用雌雄兔各11只,分三组;输尿管缺损段再生组10只及游离腹膜片和大网膜成管组各6只,实验结果证实输尿管缺损段在3.5cm以内。6周后可由周围组织包绕支架管长合建立输尿管连续性,其腔内被输尿管移行上皮被覆但新生长之输尿管段缺平滑肌。无蒂腹膜和大网膜成管后均可成活,腹膜似更理想些。结合文献讨论了本实验,为临床治疗长段输尿管狭窄或缺损提供了依据。 We have inquired into the regenerationpossibility of ureter and the survival possibil-ty of peritoneal graft and great omentum graftas vicarious materials in this experiments. 22rabbits were used in this study(male 11,fe-male 11).Three groups:1.ureter regenerationgroup;2.peritoneal graft group ;3. great omen-tum graft group.The results have revealedthat the transitional cells of defective ureter(less 3.5cm) recovered its continuity after 6weeks, but there were no regenerative smoothmuscles. Peritoneal grafts and great omentumgrafts had a high survival rate,peritonealgrafts were more perfect. This results supplysome effective experimental basis for treat-ment of long distance ureterostenosis and de-fect of ureter.
