磁场和磁处理水对鸡和小鼠离体肝线粒体ATP生成的影响研究 被引量:17

Effects of Magnetic Field and Magnetized Water on ATP Production of Mitochondria in Hepetic Cells from Chicken and Mice in Vitro

摘要 用Rathbun定磷法研究磁场和磁处理水对鸡和小鼠离体肝线粒体活性的影响.结果表明,磁场和磁处理水可明显提高肝线粒体活性,与对照组相比,都有显著的差异,提示磁场和磁处理水对离体肝线粒体的氧化磷酸化,即对ATP的生成有明显的促进作用. The effects of magnetic field and magnetized water on activity of mitochondria in hepatic cells from chicken and mice were observed in vitro by method of determining inoranic phosphate. The results showed that activity of hepatic mitochondria by magnetic field and magnetized water was obviously improved in comparison with the control group. The results implyed that magnetic field and magnetized water provide positive effect on ATP production.
