摘要
采用放射免疫法和硫代巴比土酸法,检测60颗正常第一双尖牙牙冠颊侧贴着2mm×4mm×6mm钕-铁-硼永磁体块后7、14、21、28、35天的牙髓组织内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及脂质过氧化物(LPO)的含量,以探讨静磁场对人牙髓组织的影响.结果表明,在实验条件下。未引起牙髓组织特异性的脂质过氧化反应,证实直接在牙齿表面贴着钕-铁-硼永磁体块不影响人牙髓组织的正常氧化代谢功能.并提示一定强度的静磁场作用,有助于提高人牙髓组织SOD含量,增强组织的抗氧化、抗炎及抗衰老能力.
By radioimmunoassay and TBS colorimetry, SOD contents in human pulp of sixty first normal bicuspid premolars were examind respectively after bonding magnets NdFeB of 2mm×4mm×6mm size to the buccal surface for 7, 14, 21, 28, 35 days, to evaluate effects of static magnetic fields on human pulps.The results showed that no specific LPO’s reaction of pulp resulted out of the conditions of the experiment.It varified that directly bonding magnets NdFeB to the surfaces of human teeth could not affect the pulp’s normal oxidative metabolism.It also suggested that static magnetic fields contributed to increase the level of SOD in human pulp improving the ability of antioxidation, anti-inflammation and anti-senility of the pulp.
