周围神经损伤后的免疫反应与神经再生 被引量:22

STUDY OF IMMUNOREACTION AND REGENERA-TION OF PERIPHERAL NERVE FOLLOWINGTRAUMA

摘要 实验研究采用SD雄性大白鼠40只,随机分成四组,用免疫组化技术测定坐骨神经损伤后的免疫反应,并用鼠趾展宽度指数,腔前肌重量和羟脯氨酸含量、神经纤维面数密度和面积分数评价神经再生和功能恢复。结果显示:神经损伤部位发生免疫反应,免疫反应强度与神经损伤程度相关,神经再生与免疫反应强度有关。提示神经损伤后的免疫反应对神经再生的恢复有一定抑制作用。 AbstractForty Sprague-Dawley male rats were dividedrandomly into four groups for the investigation of theposttraumatic immunoreaction in sciatic nerve of rat byusing the immunohistochemical technique. Evaluationof the nerve regeneration and functional recovery in-cluded the toe spreading, the muscle weight and the in-tramuscular hydroxyproline assay of the tibialis anteri-or muscle, area-number density and area-fraction ofthe nerve fiber. The results were shown that a localimmunoreaction was demonstrated at the site of injuryof the nerve, a correlation between the severity of thenerve damage and the intensity of the immunoreactionwas found. a correlation also was found between theintensity of the immunoreaction and the regenerationof nerve. This study suggest thatthe immunoreactionoccurred in the damaged nerves may inhibit the regen-eration and functional recorery of nerve.
