摘要
对４０例不同类型的白血病和骨髓增生异常综合征（ＭＤＳ）患者进行ｐ５３基因的ＤＮＡ印迹杂交分析和ｐ５３蛋白的免疫组化染色，发现４例有ｐ５３基因结构异常，主要聚集在ＡＭＬ－Ｍ５亚型；１３例有ｐ５３蛋白高表达，与白血病类型，患者预后无直接关系。
AbstractBy Southern blotting hybridization and immunocy-tochernical staining, the structure and expression of p53gene were investigated in 40 patients with myelodysplas-tic syndromes, chronic myelogenous leukemia in blastcrisis or acute leukemias. The results showed that thestructural abnormality of p53 gene was found in 4 pa-tients mainly with ANLL-M5 subtype. High expressionof p53 protein was found in 13 patients and had no rela-tionship with leukemia subtype and the prognosis of thepatients.Key wards Leukemia p53 gene DNA blot-ting hybridization Immunoenzymetechnique
