摘要
目的：证实在Ｃｏａｔｓ病的眼底荧光血管造影（ｆｕｎｄｕｓｆｌｕｏｒｅｓｃｅｉｎａｎｇｉｏｇｒａｐｈｙ，ＦＦＡ）中，可出现血浆／血球分离荧光形态。方法：复习１９８１年１月至１９９４年１２月我院Ｃｏａｔｓ病的眼底荧光血管造影片及造影记录。结果：在７５例７９眼Ｃｏａｔｓ病中，于１２眼（１５．２％）的眼底血管病变区内，发现部分微动脉瘤除有明显的荧光素渗漏外，并出现血浆／血球分离的荧光形态。结论：作者认为，任何原因引起的血流速度减慢及血细胞在囊性扩张的动脉瘤中沉积，均可在ＦＦＡ的晚期出现血浆／血球分离的荧光形态。
URPOSE:To
search for the possible existence of the presence of the fundus fluores-cein angiographic
feature of plasma /erythrocyte separation in Coats disease. METHODS:The fundus fluorescein
angiograms of 79 eyes of Coats disease diagnosed between Jan,198l and Dec,1994 were
sys-tematically reviewed. RESULTS:In all cases,in addition to obvious fluorescein leakage of
aneurysms,the fluorescent feature of plasma/lerythrocyte:eparation was found conspicuously
in l2 of 79 eyes(15.2%).CONCLUSIONS:We consider that the causes which induce blood flow
slowing and erythrocytes sedimentation within saccular aneurysms may lead to the fluorescein
angiographic feature of plasma/erythrocyte separation during the later phases of fluorescein
angiography.
