摘要
本文探讨了广东省吴川县良种繁育场人工引流熊胆粉与天然熊胆粉药理作用的比较。研究表明,吴川县人工引流熊胆粉与天然熊胆粉均有明显的抗炎、镇静、解热和抗血栓作用,对角叉菜胶所致的小鼠尾部血栓形成有明显的抑制作用。但对断尾出血的小鼠出血量与对照组相比没有显著性差异。提示该地区人工引流熊胆粉与天然熊胆粉作用相似。
In this essay, we discuss the function comparison of the powder of artificial bear gall and that of natural bear bile on pharmacology. Studies show that they both can certainly perform a function of antiinflammation, anticonvulsion, antipyresis and antithrombus. But there is little difference on the volume of haemorrhage between the group whose tails have been truncated and the control group. Experiments show that the function of the powder and that of natural bile is similar. Besides, they both, while being used, nearly have no acute toxic action.
