摘要
我们采用强的松治疗不同部位，不同种类的婴幼儿血管瘤９６例，疗效达７０．８％。在血管肿瘤中，以毛细血管瘤疗效最好。特别是对于生长在某些特殊部位如颜面、口腔、舌、外阴等处的血管瘤，因小孩年龄小，手术切除或其它疗法存在一定困难，有时甚至会造成明显畸形和功能障碍，用皮质激素治疗是一种较为安全有效的方法。
Cases of infantile hemangiomas of differrent histo-pathogic types in different Locations were treated with oral prednisone yielding 70. 8% of positive therapeutie effect. The therapeutic effeet was mosf dominat in copillary type of hemangiomas. Surgical excision or other treatments,when per formed on facial, oral cavity, tongue and vulua hemangiopsas in particular, had risR or functional disturbance. In comparison, conticosteroid therapy is safer and more effective.
