摘要 研究了多相抗磨铸钢材料的化学成分和组织的优化设计;探讨了成分、热处理工艺对该材料的组织、力学性能及耐磨性能等的影响。试验表明,该材料具有较高强度、硬度和韧性,因而抗冲击、抗疲劳、抗磨损性能良好。现场应用表明,其使用寿命比高锰钢高1~2倍。 The optimizing design was performed in the chemical composition and structure for multi-phases wear-resistant cast steel, the effects of the compostition and heat treatment on the structure, mechanical properties and wear-resistance were also discussed. The results indicated that the cast steel has higher strength, hardness and toughness, thereby,it is superior in impact-resistance, fatigue-resistance and wear-resistance. The actual application proves that the service life of the multi-phases cast steel is 2~3 times longer than that of high-manganese steel.
