摘要
本文在分析气化模充型的传热、传质规律的基础上,提出了一套完整的充填三维数学模型,由于模型中尚未考虑金属液通过干砂型时散失的热量,所以本模型对中、小件进行模拟更为合理。同时开发了适用于微机的充填过程模拟软件,准确、合理地对气化模充填过程进行计算机模拟。
On the basis of analysing the rule of heat transfer during filling the mould in evaporative pattern casting,a 3-D mathematical model has been established to study the filling of a casting, due to not taking into consideration the heat losses when molten metal entering into a mould, the model is available for simulation of medium or small castings.A practical software suitable for simulation of filling using micrcomputer was also developed,which could numerically simulate filling process in evaporative patten casting quickly and accurately.
