摘要
大豆苗期喷施酚类化合物SA、Res和TA,对叶片生理特性、植株生长及开花结实有明显的调节作用。处理后,叶片的SOD、CAT活性提高,MDA含量减少;NR活性增强,蛋白质、脯氨酸和叶绿素含量增加,光合速率提高;主茎生长加快,开花期提前,单株开花数和结荚数、每荚粒数、百粒重和产量提高。在三种酚类化合物中,以Res对大多数生理特性和产量的调节作用最大。
Three kinds of phenolic compounds, salicylic acid (SA), resorcinol (Res) and tannic acid (TA), were sprayed on soybean seedling with 7 leaves to investigate their regulative effects for physiological characteristics and yield. The results indicated that the activities of superoxide dismutase, catalase and nitrate reductase of leaf were enhanced by all treatments. As a result, the malondialdehyde content decreased and the contents of some N-containing organic compounds such as protein, proline and chlorophyll, and the photosynthetic rate increased obviously. In addition to quickening the growth and blooming early, the treatments with phenolic compounds resulted in noticeable increments in the number of flowers and pods per plant, the number of seeds per pod, 100-seed weight and yield per plot. Among the phenolic compounds, resorcinol had the best effect on most characteristic investigated in present study.
