摘要
对利用可控平衡头实现转子自动平衡的可行性进行了理论分析和试验论证,在导得的自动平衡原理方程的基础上,提出了平衡头的控制策略。研制了新型平衡头和相应的计算机控制系统。试验结果表明该自动平衡系统不需停机即可实现转子在运行期间的自动平衡。这种技术在汽轮发电机组、锅炉引风机等旋转机械上有很大的应用前途。
This paper carries out the theoretical analysis and experimental demonstration on the feasibility of the automatic balancing of rotor with controlled balancing heads. The control strategies are presented based on the deduced principle equation of automatic balancing. A new type balancing head and the relevant computer controlling system are developed. Laboratory expelments show that the automatic balancing system can realized the balancing of rotor without stopping the operation. The. technique is very useful to the rotating machinery such as generators,boiler's induced fans etc.
