摘要
用热电动势法快速测定了铁基合金中硅含量.当冷热端温度差△t=t1-t0=240℃且铜为参比电极时,热电动势Et与待测电极的高炉生铁和硅钢铁基合金中硅含量[%Si]关系式为:Et=10.695—0.974[%Si]生铁和Et=9.550—0.323[%SI]硅钢.与化学法相比,其测试精度为±(0.03%~0.05%)Si.测试一次时间约7s.
Quick thermo-emf method was applied to the determination of Si content in Fe-base alloys. Relationships between the tbermo-emf E, and st content [%Si] are optained as fllows when the temperature difference between cola and hot ends is a constant,i. e. 24o c and the reference electrode is made of on with theelectrodes to be measured made of pig iron and silicon steel respectively:El = 10. 695 - 0. 974[%Si]pland El=9. 550-0. 323[%Si]STCompared with chemical analysis,the determination will provide on accuracy of 1 0. 03%  ̄0' 05 K St at a rateabout 7 seconds for each sample.
