摘要
无定形凝胶(Na_2O-B_2O_3-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-H_2O)在Et_3N-EDA-H_2O蒸气中结晶形成含硼和铝的ZSM-5沸石。用XRD和计算所得的晶体结构参数、TG-DTA、FT-IR、NH_3-TPD对反应合成的B-Al-ZSM-5沸石进行了表征。结果表明,蒸气相法合成的沸石样品,孔道更趋于椭圆,有利于对二甲苯的生成。在二甲苯临氢异构化反应中,活性和选择性分别为82.8w%和21.2w%,合成B-Al-ZSM-5的催化性能和表面酸性的测定与晶体结构一致。
Zeolite ZSM-5 containing boron and aluminum was prepared from amorphous Na_2O-B_2O_3-Al_2O_3-SiO_2-H_2O system in Et_3N-EDA-H_2O vapour phase. The synthetic product B-Al-ZSM-5 was identified by XRD, TG-DTA, FT-IR, NH_3-TPD, the activity and selectivity for isomerization of o-xylene to p-xylene was also tested. Results show that the channels of the synthetic B-Al-ZSM-5 prepared from the vapour phase appear more elliptical as compared with typical ZSM-5 zeolite, suggesting a benefical effect for the diffusion of p-xylene in the channels.
