摘要
在水平管降膜蒸发器中,分别对不锈钢、紫铜和钛三种材料的光滑表面管和电化学腐蚀成多孔表面管进行研究。结果表明;管外侧饱和水表面蒸发传热系数不受材料性质的影响,而沸腾蒸发传热系数受材料性质及接触角的影响;电化学腐蚀成的多孔表面孔的密度,大小及孔的形状直接关系到蒸发传热强化效果的好坏。
Heat transfer measurments are performed during saturated water ev-
aporation outside the horizontal smooth tubes and electro-chemically
etched porous-surface tubes with copper, stainless steel and titanium.
The results show that thermal properities and contact angles of different
materials have a strong effect on the heat transfer coefficients of bo-
iling evaporation. The enhancement of porous-surface tubes depends di-
rectly on the cavity density, its shape and dimension.
