摘要
Fe-Cr-Al耐热铸钢因晶粒易粗大导致强度塑性较差而限制了使用,通过强化精炼、合金化处理及改进铸造工艺能防止这种倾向。研究了碳、钛含量对该耐热铸钢室温强度、高温强度及抗氧化性能的影响,试验结果表明,当C<0.20%、Ti<1.0%时,铸造Fe-Cr-Al耐热钢有较好的综合性能。
Fe-Cr-Al heat resistance cast steel tends to get coarse grains, that lowers its strength, ductility, and limits its application. This trend could be prevented by strengthening refining process,modifying alloying elements and improving cast process. The influence of carbon and titanium contents on the ambient temperature strength, high temperature strength and oxidation resistance of the cast steel are studied. It is found that the better comprehensive properties of the Fe-Cr-Al heat resistance cast steels are attained when containing C<0.20 wt. % and Ti<1.0wt. %.
