摘要
本文采用单向免疫扩散法对７０例肿瘤、血液病患者血浆纤维结合蛋白（ＦＮ）含量进行检测，结果表明肿瘤、血液病患者血浆ＦＮ含量与正常人比较均明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），且与患者合成ＦＮ的能力减弱或消失有关。值得提出的是，应早期对患者进行ＦＮ测定，及时输注ＦＮ制品对提高疗效起着十分重要的作用。
This paper use of single agar immunodiffusion into the clinical value of collecting plasma fibronectin(FN)for 70 cases about patients of cancer and blood.The results were showed that plasma fibronectin of patients of cancer and blood was lower than that of healthy people.It was believed that the patient was likely related to function of FN lower or decrease.It is important to clinical treatment that the early dection test of FN and early infusion FN product.
