摘要
本文报告了１７一α一甲基睾丸酮和１７β一雌二醇两种类固醇激素对中国对虾幼体蜕皮和生长的影响。通过投喂含有激素的饵料进行实验，结果表明：与对照组比较，１５天实验中，１７α一甲基睾丸酮和１７β一雌二醇实验组幼体分别提前２天和１天全部进入仔虾期；１６天实验中，后１０天（第７天到第１６天）１７α一甲基睾丸酮实验组幼体生长明显加快（Ｐ＜．０５），１７β一雌二醇实验组幼体生长无显著变化（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
This paper reports the effect of 17x一methyltestosterone ( MT. )and17β一estradiol(ES.) on the moulting and growth of the larva of a marine prawn一penaeusorientalis。The larva were divided in to three groups based a random sampling principle。Thefirst group was fed with MT.food.The second group was fed with ES.food.The third groupwas a control group. Results show that:During 15 days, the larva of the flrst group de-veloped into post lara phase two davs in advance and the larva of the second group devel-oped into post larva phase one day in advance, as compare with that of control group.In16 days experiment, there was a significant (P< 0.05)increase in body length of the lar-va fed with MT。food and there is no significant(P>0.05) increase in body length of thelarva fed with ES.food during the latter 10 days( 7～16 days)
