摘要
本文采用集落形成实验、细胞生长曲线和细胞分裂指数实验的方法观察了不同浓度硒对肿瘤细胞生物效能的影响；结果表明：１μｍｏｌ／Ｌ硒对ＢＨＬＢ４细胞无影响；５０μｍｏｌ／Ｌ硒对ＢＨＬＢ４细胞有明显的细胞毒作用，细胞全部死亡；２０μｍｏｌ／Ｌ硒对ＢＨＬＢ４细胞的集落形成率、细胞生长率及分裂指数均有明显的抑制作用。与对照组相比有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００２）细胞毒作用不明显。
Biological effects of sodium selenite on malignant transformed syrian hamster lungcells
BHLB4)were studied in vitro,including its growth rate,mitotic index and colony form-tion of the
cells。The results showed that Na2SeO3 at 1 μmol/L was no significantly inhibitoryeffects on
the BHLB cells,Na2SeO3 at 50μmol/L could caruse marked cytotoxicity and all theBHLB4
cells were killed.The cells growth rate,mitotic index and colony formtion could be in-hibited by
Na2SeO3 at 20μmol/L。There was significantly diffcrence between the Na2SeO3 at20μmol/L
group and control group(P<0.002).cytotoxicity effects was mild。
