摘要
制备麻醉犬急性心肌梗塞模型,监测心外膜电图、血清酶、心梗面积的变化。证实黄茂总皂甙能缩小心肌梗塞面积,减轻心肌损伤。其对心肌保护机理可能是通过抑制氧自由基的产生实现的。
Acute myocardial infarction models were reproduced in anesthetized dogs。Changes inthe epicardial electrocardiogram, serum enzymes and the scope of myocardial infarction were moni-tored。Astragalus saponins were able to attentiate the scope of myocardial infarction and reduce themyocardial damage。The mechanism for myocardial protection might be resulted from inhibition of theproduction of oxygen─free─radicals
