摘要
本实验观察了红景天复方制剂对家蝇寿命及脑组织中脂褐素（Ｌｉｐｏ）、丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）和还原型谷胱甘肽（ＧＳＨ）含量以及超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活力的影响。结果显示，红景天复方制剂能显著延长家蝇的平均寿命和半数死亡时间，降低脑组织中Ｌｉｐｏ、ＭＤＡ水平，提高ＧＳＨ含量和增强ＳＯＤ活性，证明该制剂具有一定的抗老延寿作用。
Our experiments showed that
Rhodiola compound could prolong the average life span(ALS)and 50%death tirne(LD50)of housefly
,increase superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity and re-duced glutathione(GSH)level,decrease
malonadehyde(MDA)and lipofuscin(Lipo)content in thebrain of houseflv. It is concluded that the
Rhodiola compound has some effects of anti-aging and pro-longing life span.
