摘要
通过正交实验和综合评分的方法,对影响醋酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸甲酯三元共聚乳液性能的7个因子进行了系统研究,得出三元共聚乳液的优化配方。结果表明,乳化剂特别是聚乙烯醇的种类与用量是影响共聚乳液性能的最重要因素。加入少量丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酸甲酯对改善醋酸乙烯酯均聚乳液的耐水性作用明显。从红外光谱分析可以看出,共聚乳液在固化过程中聚合物分子间有交联反应发生。
A systematic study of emulsion terpolymer has been made.Orthogonal test hasbeen chosen to examine the seven main parameters which affect the emusion’s properties.Theoptimum formula is given:vinyl acetate 95g,acrylic acid lg, methyl methacrylate lg,polyvinylalcohol 6g,op- 100.3g,and some activator.The result indicates that the rmolsifier is the mostimportant parameter.It’s feasible to prove the water resistance by using the acrylic acid andmethyl methacrylate.The outcome of IR shows that cross-linking is more complete after thecopolymer emulsion cured.
