摘要
陶瓷材料的制备技术正在朝着更加精细和更加微观可控的方向发展。继纳米复合后,原子和分子尺度的复合技术将受到关注。陶瓷材料的固溶强化将成为21世纪提高材料性能的主要方法之一。收集了陶瓷材料的固溶强化的部分实例,归纳了陶瓷材料原子复合的基本方法,旨在提醒陶瓷学界更加重视固溶技术的作用。
The fabrication technology of ceramic materials has being de-volped to more fine and microcontrolled direction. Atomic and molecule composite with nano-composite has become increasingly important in recent years. Solid solution reinforcement technology would.be one of the main method for ceramic materials in the twenty-one century. In order to call more attention of ceramist to the new devolopment, this paper would review some examples of solid-solution reinforcement and gives an outline of atomic composite for ceramic materials.
