摘要
给出了使用DEA方法确定前沿生产面的原理对多方案多准则船型方案作相对有效性评判的方法.简述了DEA方法的原理,阐明了方法的技术、经济含义.应用O_2R和C_2GS_2模型对35000t载重量原油船和suezmax型油船的船型进行选优评判.计算分析结果表明,DEA方法用于船型多方案技术经济综合评判分析是有效的,计算结果是合理的.
It is difficult to make out an optimum ship plan ,technically and economically, evenfor an experienced ship designer, best suited to the design requirements. This paper presents anew mathematical method, created by A. Charnes in l978 ,applied to multi-objective ship planselection, the Data Envelopment Analysis(DEA) method. By studying the DEA effectiveness ofthe problem based on the information given by the technical and economic calculations, the finalship plan with satisfactory technical and economic properties will be made out. Preliminary application examples given in the paper show that this method is an effective onein ship multi-objective evaluation. The computation results agree well with the conventionalship’s technical and economic analysis concept.
