摘要 本文评述了雄性不育性的遗传分类、细胞质育性因子、核质互作方式、环境调控、遗传操作等方面的研究进展,提出了解释雄性不育产生的双基因模型假说,认为控制雄性育性表达有二类核基因,一类是控制小孢子发生过程的基因(花粉发育结构基因),另一类是调控花纷发育结构基因表达条件的基因(调节基因),这二类基因任一发生突变均将产生遗传的雄性不育,细胞质(内环境)和生境(外环境)通过调控调节基因的表达成其产物,使得花纷发育结构基因表达所需条件不能满足而导致雄性不育. Progress in stndies on genetic classification,cytoplasmic fertility factor (s),nucleocytoplas,oc interaction,enviromental regulations and genetic manipulations of male sterility in higher plants was reviewed.The hypothesis of double-gene model explaining the causes of formaion of male sterility waas proposed,suggesting that expression of male sterility was proposed,suggesting that expression of male fertility in higher plants involve two kinds of genes:one be the genes that encode proteins or enzymes for microsporogenesis (structural genes), the other the genes responsible for the conditions necessary for expression of structural genes(regulatory genes); Mutation of either of above--mentioned genes would cause heritable male sterility; Both the cytoplasms (enviroments inside the cells ), and the condition in which plants growed(enviroments outside the cells)could regulate the expression of regulatory genes or their products,make the celluar conditions unsuffcient for expression of structural genes and therefore induce male sterility.
