摘要 本文根据近几年来国内外印制板市场情况,分析印制线路板的发展趋势,介绍印制线路板生产过程中的先进技术。 Abstract:In this paper,development about PCB is analysed on the basis of PCB marketat home and abroad in recent years. Advanced technoloyy in PCB Production is introduced.
