通过试验，建立了以磺化铝酞菁（Ａｌｐｃｓ）－海萤萤光素类似物（ＣＬＡ）经Ｈｅ－Ｎｅ激光照射产生并可检测单线态氧的化学发光体系，该体系灵敏、简便、快速、实用．
The chemiluminescence system of sulfonated aluminum phthalocyanine(Alpes)cypridina luciberin analog(CLA) irradiated with He-Ne laser was established by us. It is chemiluminescence system for producing and measuring singlet oxygen. It is sensitive,simple, rapid and applicable.'
