摘要
阐述了声波助燃除尘技术对节能环保的重要意义,论证了高频声波助燃除尘器是最佳方案。对声波频谱特性和助燃除尘增强传热的作用机理进行了试验分析。分别在1t/h蒸汽锅炉和10t/h热水锅炉上进行了助燃除尘效果的对比试验。试验结果表明,高频声波助燃除尘器确有明显的助燃除尘作用。
Abstract Elucidates the importance of sonic waves in aiding combustion and ash removal for environmental protection, and expounds the view that the use of highfrequency sonic waves for aiding combustion and ash removal is the optimaloption. The influence of frequency spectrums on combustion and ash removalwere experimentally studied.Comparative tests were conducted, with a 1 t/hsteam boiler and a 10 t/h hot water boiler, on its effect on combustion and ashremoval.Results show that high frequency sonic wave combustion and ash removal aiding devices are noticeable effective.
