摘要
本文合成了一种新的选择性显色剂:3-[(对-苯偶氮苯)-三氮烯]苯甲酸(PABTB)、该试剂在碱性介质中,在非离子表面活性剂存在下,能与镉和汞产生灵敏显色反应。其配合物的组成为CdL2HgL。摩尔吸光系数分别为εcd=1.31×105和8.44×104 L·mol-1·cm(-1)。共存离子中仅钯和铬有干扰。利用此反应建立了测定水中痕量镉与汞的分光光度法。
A new selective chromogenic reagent for cadmium and mercury ions 3-[(p-phenyla-zobenzene)- trlazene]benzoic acid( PABTB)has been synthesized.In the alkali media( pH11.0 12. 0)and in the presence of nonionic surfactant OP-10 the reagent could form chro-mogenic complexes with cadmium and mercury ions respectively.Thecomposition of both complexes were CdL2 and Hgl .their molar absorptivities have been found to be εCd=1.31×105 and εHg=8. 44×104 L·mol-1 ·cm-1, respectively.Among coexisting ions with cadmium and inerury ions only palladium and chromium(Ⅲ)ions interfered their reactions.A spectrophotometrlcmethod for the determination of cadmium and mercury in tap water and lake water has been developed.
