摘要
在磷酸-磷酸二氢钾缓冲溶液(PH=2.0)中,以钯(Ⅱ)催化次磷酸钠还原罗丹明B褪色为指示反应,建立了痕量耙的动力学光度分析新方法.在金(Ⅲ)的存在下,检测下限达5× 10-11 g/mL钯(Ⅲ),方法应用于模拟合金样和含钯分子筛中钯的测定,结果满意。对钯(Ⅱ)和金(Ⅲ)的作用机理进行了探讨,钯(Ⅱ)被还原产生的钯(0)是真正的催化剂,金(Ⅲ)则提供钯(0)的载体-金(0)胶体.
A catalytic spectrophotometry for the determination of trace palladium was developed. It is based on the palladium(O) catalysis to decoloration of rhodamine B being reduced by sodium hypophosphite in phosphoric acid buffer solution (pH 2. 0) and gold( III ) as a catalyst carrier. The range of determination is 1. 2 -150 ng/25 mL for palladium. The method has been applied to the determination of palladium in simulated alloy and molecular sieve catalyst with the precision of 0. 58% and 4. 2%, respectively
