摘要
本文提出了钴（Ⅱ）催化Ｈ＿２Ｏ＿２氧化茜素红Ｓ褪色反应体系的新催化光度法。本方法灵敏度高，选择性好，精密度高（测２μｇＣｏ（Ⅱ）６次，ＲＳＤ＝１．４３％），适用于水样中痕量钴（Ⅱ）的测定。
n this paper a new method for thecatalytic photometric determination of tracecobalt has been introduced based on cobaltcatalysing oxidation of alizarin red S byhydrogen peroxide,The method has goodselectivity and precision(n=6 ,RSD=1.43%at a level of 2μg Co(Ⅱ)).It hasbeen used to determine trace cobalt in waterswith satisfactory results。
