摘要
０．０１ｍｇ／Ｌ６－ＢＡ和１．０ｍｇ／ＬＩＢＡ对鸣山大枣试管苗茎段根的形式有显著的促进作用；０．５ｍｇ／ＬＩＡＡ有利于试管苗茎段芽梢的生长。在Ｈ培养基上，６－ＢＡ０．０１ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＩＢＡ１．０ｍｇ／Ｌ＋ＩＡＡ０．５ｍｇ／Ｌ是鸣山大枣试管苗继代繁殖根芽生长的最优激素组合：试管苗茎段的生根率和发芽率均达１００％，发根数５条以上，芽梢月生长量达６ｃｍ以上。
Rooting on jujube c. v. Mingshandazao plantlets was promoted effectively with0. 01 mg/L 6-BA and 1.0 mg/L IBA,and better shoot length could be induced by 0.5mg/LIAA in vitro. The best phytohormonce combination was 0.01 mg/L 6-BA+1.0mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L IAA for subctilture of jujube c.v. Mingshhandazao plantlets on medium H,in whichboth rooting and shooting rate of plantlets were 100%,root numbers exceeded 5,shootlength was over 6 cm within 1 month.
