6-BA、IBA和IAA对鸣山大枣试管苗继代繁殖的效应 被引量:11

摘要 0.01mg/L6-BA和1.0mg/LIBA对鸣山大枣试管苗茎段根的形式有显著的促进作用;0.5mg/LIAA有利于试管苗茎段芽梢的生长。在H培养基上,6-BA0.01mg/L+IBA1.0mg/L+IAA0.5mg/L是鸣山大枣试管苗继代繁殖根芽生长的最优激素组合:试管苗茎段的生根率和发芽率均达100%,发根数5条以上,芽梢月生长量达6cm以上。 Rooting on jujube c. v. Mingshandazao plantlets was promoted effectively with0. 01 mg/L 6-BA and 1.0 mg/L IBA,and better shoot length could be induced by 0.5mg/LIAA in vitro. The best phytohormonce combination was 0.01 mg/L 6-BA+1.0mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L IAA for subctilture of jujube c.v. Mingshhandazao plantlets on medium H,in whichboth rooting and shooting rate of plantlets were 100%,root numbers exceeded 5,shootlength was over 6 cm within 1 month.
