摘要
研究了炭黑填充液体硅橡胶电阻率随炭黑含量、拉力、温度的变化特性。发现受载时其阻值的弛豫过程可用指数型弛豫方程描述。根据隧道导电理论推算了其电阻随拉力的变化关系,可近似用二次多项式表示,将实验结果按此式拟合,符合得很好,根据拟合参数可估算其弹性模量和导电粒子平均间隙的典型值。
The dependence of electrical resistance on the content of carbon black,tensile force, and temperature are studied in liquid silicon rubber with carbon black fillere. The results show that the electrical resistance relaxation process can be described with the exponent relaxation equation when the resistance is loaded.According to the tunneling conductive theory,the dependence of electrical resistance on the tensile force is derived, which can be expressed in the form of polynomial,the experimental results are in excellent with this formula.Using the curve filling parameters,the modulus of elasticity and the typical value of the average distance between the conductive particles can be estimated.
