摘要
用SRV摩擦仪,表面轮廓分析仪等研究了聚乙烯/不锈钢摩擦副的摩擦行为,研究了聚乙烯的材料特性对聚乙烯材料摩擦系数的影响,为建立描述材料摩擦磨损行为的数学模型提供基础数据。
In this paper,seven kinds of polyethylene materials were studied by using SRV friction machine and surface profile analyzer to evaluate the influence of material features,such as the length of side chain,surface hardness, yield strength and surface roughness.on the coefficient of friction.Homopolymerized high density polyethylene 2100J exhibits excellent friction property due to its regular molecular structure, higher degree of crystallization, density, hardness and strengh. Under the test conditions, the coefficient of friction between PE and stainless steel increases with increase of surface roughness of PE . The experimental results provide the basic data for establishing mathematical model to describe the tribology behavior of polymer materials.
