摘要
作者从1985年以来采用旋股外侧血管升支髂骨瓣和旋股内侧血管深支股骨大转子骨瓣,转位植骨治疗青壮年陈旧性股骨颈骨折31例,取得较好疗效.手术成功的关键除骨瓣的植入外,骨折端应有良好的对合和妥善的内、外固定.
Transposition of iliac bone flap and great trochanter bone flap has been applied to repair advanced femoral neck fracture in young adults in our department since 1985.Those bone flaps were pedicled with ascending branches of lateral circumflex femoral vessels and deep branches of medial circumflex femoral respectively. The curative effects of clinical application in 31 cases were encouraging. The key for success of this technique was satisfactory reduction of both ends of fracture and proper internal and external fixation besides implantation of bone flap.
