摘要
应用荧光金(Fluorogoed,FG)逆行追踪技术,探索了大鼠颞叶听皮质的传入纤维投射。向一侧颞叶听皮质注入FG后,可在间脑和脑干的下列核区内见到FG逆行标记细胞:丘脑室旁核、丘脑外侧背核、丘脑腹后内侧核,丘脑网状核、无名质、连合核、菱形核、外侧膝状体核、内侧膝状体核、中缝背核、中缝线形核(尾端)、脑桥中缝正中核和蓝斑核。
The fibrous projections from the diencephalon and brainstem to the auditory cortex in rats were studied by fluorogold retrograte tracing. After the injections of fluorogold into the auditory cortex of the temporal lobe, the retrogrately-labelled cells were found in the following nuclei of the diencephalon and brainstem: paraventricular thalamic nucleus, laterodorsal thalamic nucleus, ventroposterior thalamic nucleus(median), reticular thalamic nucleus, zona incerta, reuniens thalamic nucleus rhomboid thalamic nucleus. lateral geniculate nucleus, median geniculate nucleus, dorsal raphe nucleus, caudal linar raphe nucleus, median raphe nucleus(in pons) and locus coeruleus.
