摘要
采用化学共沉淀法制备ZrO_2-MgO-Y_2O_3系和ZrO_2-MgO-Y_2O_3-Al_2O_3系均匀超细活性粉末,经化学组成和显微结构设计,获得了固溶温度小于等于1550℃且致密饶结的微晶PSZ复相陶瓷,其常温抗弯强度为766MPa,断裂韧世K_(1c)为12.5MPa·m ̄(1/2)。研究了MgO和Al_2O_3以及1100℃热处理时间对材料显微结构、相组成和力学性能的影响。
The uItra-fine active powder of ZrO_2-MgO-Y_2O_3 and ZrO_2-MgO-Y_2O_3-Al_2O_3 systems wasprepared by chemical coprecipitation method, The fine-grained PSZ ceramics sintered at low solid solution tem-perature (≤1550℃) was obtained by means of composition and microstructure design. The flexural strength andfracture toughness at room temperature were 766MPa and 12.5MPa·m ̄(1/2) , respectively.The effects of MgO, Al_2O_3, and ageing time at 1100℃ on the phase composition, microstructure and mechanical properties of the ma-terials were studied.
