摘要
通过理论分析以及对5名艺术体操个人项目优秀少年选手历时9个月的训练实验研究,表明少年艺术体操选手在竞技提高阶段,体能训练的重要任务在于提高机体承受大负荷的训练能力,提高下肢弹跳爆发力、下肢力量耐力和1min30s持续工作的混合代谢能力。体能训练的有效手段为持续或间歇跑跳练习;模拟成套徒手练习;专用循环素质练习以及抗阻力提踵、半蹲立起、跳起4类体能训练手段。实验队员的体能水平得到明显提高,技能训练得到有力保证。
In this study we conducted a theoretical anylysis and experimental research into the training of 5 elite junior rhymthmic gymnastics cntestants in the individual events during their 9 - month training. Wefound that in the stage of competitive improvement the main tasks of physical efficiency training consisted inimproving the ability of the body to bear large training load and in developing the jumping explosive power,weight endurance of lower limbs and the mixed metabolic abilities in the 1 min 30 s continuous movement.The effective means of physical efficiency training consisted of continuous or intermittent running and jumping exercises, simulated baredshanded series exercises, special cyclical conditional exercises and resistance exerciese on ball, from squat to straight and from squat jump up. The results showed that the physical efficiency level of the tested gymnasts improved remarkably and their technical ability training had been ensured.
