摘要
本文介绍性病淋球菌PCR基因检测方法的研究过程.笔者设计一对对淋球菌隐蔽性质粒cppB基因有专一性的引物,应用该引物进行PCR体外基因扩增.对淋病患者的泌尿生殖道标本可检出380bP特异片段应用该试剂盒检测125例性混乱患者与细菌培养法比较,前者检出率25.6%(32/125),后者仅6.4%(8/125).
This paper discusses the method of the gene amplification of polymerase chain reaction for Neisseria gonorrhea.The author has designed a pair of primers for the cppB gene of the cryptic plasmid of Neisseria gonorrhea, which amplificated a 380 base pair specific fragment for detecting the urogenital samples of gonorrhea patients.125 sex-disturbance women have been examined by the reagent kit and the cultured method,respectively.By contrast,32 out of 125(25.6%) show positive results by the polymerase chain reaction and only 8 out of 125(6.4 %)show positive results by the cultured method.
