摘要
测量了不同温度条件下面积为４９ｍｍ×４９ｍｍ、厚３．５ｍｍ的Ｓｉ（Ｌｉ）探测器的Ｉ－Ｖ特性。Ｓｉ（Ｌｉ）－Ｅ－１和Ｅ－２探测器对２３８Ｐｕ５．４９９Ｍｅｖα－粒子的能量分辨率（ＦＷＨＭ）分别约为５４．４７ｋｅＶ（１８°Ｃ）和５７．０９ｋｅＶ（２０°Ｃ）。
Two 49mm×49mm×3.5mm Si(Li) detectors were fabricated. The leakage current of detector Si(Li)-E-1 vs bias at different temperatures was shown. The energy resolution (FWHM) of detectors E-1 and E-2 for 238Pu 5.499MeV α-particles were ～54.47keV (18°C) and ～57.09keV (20°C) respectively.
