摘要
测量了不同温度条件下面积为49mm×49mm、厚3.5mm的Si(Li)探测器的I-V特性。Si(Li)-E-1和E-2探测器对238Pu5.499Mevα-粒子的能量分辨率(FWHM)分别约为54.47keV(18°C)和57.09keV(20°C)。
Two 49mm×49mm×3.5mm Si(Li) detectors were fabricated. The leakage current of detector Si(Li)-E-1 vs bias at different temperatures was shown. The energy resolution (FWHM) of detectors E-1 and E-2 for 238Pu 5.499MeV α-particles were ~54.47keV (18°C) and ~57.09keV (20°C) respectively.
