摘要
于80℃将敏化剂加入配有多种填料的顺-1,4-聚异戊二烯橡胶(IR)中,用1.00MeV的电子束辐照.结果表明,二甘醇二甲基丙烯酸酯(2G)是IR有效的敏化剂;当2G用量为14份,吸收剂量为150kGy时,辐射硫化胶的拉伸强度有极大值;与硫黄硫化胶性能相比,前者的拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和100%定伸应力均优于后者,两者的杨氏模量及tanδ相似.
Various sensitizers were kneaded into cis -1,4 - polyisoprene rubber (IR) containing fillers under 80 ℃, and then irradiated using electron beam to prepare vulcanized rubber with good quality . The results showed that 2G (diethy-leneglycol dimethacrylate) was the best sensitizer . The tensile strength of vulcanized IR reached to its maximum value when using 14 phr 2 G and 150 kGy of absorbed dose . Compared with the sulfur vulcanizate .greater values of tensile strength,elongation at break and 100% tensile modulus were found of radiation vulcanized IR . The values of Young 's modulus and tan 888888888 were similar .
