摘要
作者用流式细胞计量术检测了39例二倍体乳腺癌细胞的增殖活性和非克隆性异倍体细胞的分布。结果表明,二倍体乳腺癌细胞的SPF、PI、>2C%、>4C%、DNA量值分布、G(0/1)峰CV值和G(0/1)峰倾斜度等指标均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。这些指标与患者淋巴结转移和临床分期的关系密切。淋巴结转移阳性病例的SPF、>2C%、>4C%、G(0/1)峰CV值和G(0/1)峰倾斜度均显著高于淋巴结转移阴性者(P<0.05)。随临床分期增加,其>4C%呈逐渐增高的变化(r=0.993,r>r(0.05))。这表明,二倍体乳腺癌细胞生物学特性与正常对照细胞有明显不同。它不仅有较高的增殖活性,而且还含有一些非克隆性异倍体细胞。
Proliferous activity and non-clone aneuploidy of tumor cells were measured by flowcytometric method on 39 patients with diploidy breast cancer.The results showed that SPF(S-Phase fraction),PI (proliferous mdes),>2C% (high diploidy cells percentage),>4C%(high tetraploidy cells percentage),distributing limit of cellular DNA content,CV anddeviated degree of diploidy cells G0/1 peak in diploidy tumor were higher than those in control(P<0.01 or P<0. 05).These targets of the patienst were closely related to LNM andclinical stages of disease. SPF,>2C%,>4C%,CV and deviated degree of G0/1peak in LNM(+)cases were higher than those in LNM(-)cases(P<0.05).The 4C% increased as theclinical stages of disease in diploidy breast cancer patients went up (r=0.993,r>r0.05).Thisshowed that the biological characteristics of diploidy tumor cells were quite differrent withthose of normal diploidy cells.They had not only higher proliferous activity, but also noncline aneuploidy cells.
