丹参对大鼠急性胃粘膜损伤后LPO、SOD及GSH-Px含量或活性的影响 被引量:13

Effect of Radix Salvia Miltiorrhiza on Levels of LPO SOD and GSH-Px in Rats with Acute Gastric Mucosal Damage

摘要 本文观察了丹参对实验性急性胃粘膜损伤大鼠胃粘膜组织过氧化脂质(LPO)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性的影响。结果为丹参组胃粘膜LPO含量显著低于乙醇组(P<0.01),而SOD和GSH-Px活性高于乙醇组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。经积差相关分析,丹参组和乙醇组胃粘膜LPO含量与胃粘膜损伤率呈正相关。提示丹参的胃粘膜保护作用与清除氧自由基、抑制脂质过氧化反应和提高组织氧化能力有关。 The effect of RSM on levels of LPO,SOD and GSH-Px in rat with experimental acute gastric mucosal damage were investigated.The results showed that the levels of gastric mucosal SOD and GSH-Px were signiticantly increased and those of LPO decreased.The rate of mucosal damage was positively correlated to the levels of LPO,It is suggested that protective effect of RSM on acute gastric mucosal damage be due to improving the ability of antioxidation and eliminating oxygen radicals.
