液芯光波导乙醇浓度智能测量系统的研究 被引量:1

THE STUDY OF LIQUID CORE LIGHT WAVE GUIDE INTELLEGENT MEASURING SYSTEM FOR ALCOHOL CONCENTRATION

摘要 介绍了在线式乙醇浓度智能化测量系统。该测量系统采用独特设计的液芯光波导浓度传感器,配以自动光强控制电路、光电检测电路、单片机系统等。自动显示测量时的温度值和被测乙醇的浓度值,并对温度变化而引起的浓度变化作自动修正。实验结果表明:测量乙醇浓度的精度在0.5%以上。 Presents a kind of alcohol concentration measuring system which is online and intellegent. This measuring system makes use of a new original liquid core light waveguide sensor, using automatic power control circuit, photoeletric measuring circuit and singal chip computer. etc. it can display the concentration reading of alcohol and the temperature reading automatically. This system can compensates automatically alcohol concentration value with the change of temperature. The experiment results show that the measuring accuracy is more than 0. 5 %.
