摘要
作者报道成年男性健康受试者静脉恒速滴注环丙沙星注射剂人体药代动力学研究。采用高效液相色谱法测定血、尿中的药物浓度。８名受试者接受单剂给药后（２００ｍｇ／１００ｍｌ）所得药一时曲线符合二室模型。其主要药代动力学参数：Ｃ＿ｏ为４．６１士１．６４ｍｇ／Ｌ，ｔ＿＿（１／２β）为３．８６士０．６７ｈ，ＡＵＣ为７．０６土１．２１ｍｇ／Ｌ·ｈ。１２小时尿排泄率为给药剂量的６０．８５％。
The results of pharmacokinetic studyof intravenous infusion ciprofloxacin in normal malevo1unteers were presented.Serum and urine concen-trations of ciprofloxacin were determined by high per-formance liquid chromatography. The single dose 200mg iv concentration-time curve fitted to two-compart-ment open model in eight volunteers, Its main pharma-cokinetic parameters were:C_o4. 61±1.64mg/L, t_(1/2β)3.86±0.67 h and AUC 7.06±1.21mg/L·h .The uri-nary recovery rate of ciprofloxacin over 12 h after dos-ing was 60.85%.
